  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Preparing the Octopus:

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add a pinch of salt.
  2. Submerge the octopus and simmer for 40-45 minutes until tender. Remove and let it cool.
  3. Once cool, cut the tentacles into individual pieces for grilling.

Marinating:
