Ingredients
- 2 whole sea bream (cleaned and gutted)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
Preparing the Fish:
- Rinse the sea bream under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.
- Make a few shallow cuts on each side of the fish to allow the marinade to penetrate.
Marinating the Fish:
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, smoked paprika (if using), salt, and black pepper.
