Ingredients

  • 2 whole sea bass (cleaned and gutted)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

Preparing the Fish:

  1. Rinse the sea bass under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.
  2. Make a few shallow cuts on each side of the fish to allow the marinade to penetrate.

Marinating:

  1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, smoked paprika (if using), salt, and black pepper.
  2. Rub the marinade all over the fish, including inside the cavity. Stuff the cavity with lemon slices for extra flavor.
  3. Let the fish marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Grilling the Sea Bass:
