  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 4 slices of red onion
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise or tartar sauce (optional)

Instructions

Preparing the Salmon Patties:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped salmon, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
  2. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties.
